Dawn Clarke is a conqueror. Raised in the Boston area as one of five kids, she’s not easily intimidated. She likes the challenge of working with difficult, complex characters (no reflection on her co-workers at TPSC), is a sucker for a good story, and doesn’t take no for an answer. That’s a good thing in sales. Dawn originally wanted to be a photographer and took her first job as a freelance photographer’s assistant. When the job was over, she continued to show up daily until they thought she was on staff and her career snowballed from there.
Dawn is a master at self-sourcing business, promoting sales, and maintaining client/agency relationships. A perfect day off would start with a road trip up the California coast, discovering something new with no phone in sight, and likely end with a little wine tasting. She has a part-time cat, is a skilled cook who loves to entertain on a large scale, and doesn’t like to wear shoes.
Lauren Houlberg is about as organized as organized can get. She is a list-making junkie whose perfect day off would include catching up on Ellen, hiking, grabbing lunch with friends, and reading a good book.
Lauren, a Miami native, moved to New York where she worked in advertising for Broadway musicals and plays. Her love of musicals started with her grandmother and later prompted her to pick up the alto sax, which she still plays.
Fortunately for TPSC, she left the Big Apple (and an alternate career dream of becoming an FBI Agent) to move to LA and focus her skills on producing. A quick study, Lauren went from Intern to Staff Producer in two years. Lauren is also an active community leader who believes in giving back. She supports the Ronald McDonald House and donates her time and energy to the Junior League’s Alliance for Children’s Rights. She’s a lover of travel, roller coasters, movies, anything to do with Matt Damon, and happy hour. Her favorite meal is mac and cheese from the box. The worst thing you could ask her to do?? Katie Holtberg has a sweet tooth. In fact, with a relatively new dog, an even newer husband, and a brand new house, life is pretty sweet for this advertising agency alum turned PR/Marketing Director. Appreciative of all of life’s simplest pleasures, Katie loves being around people and has an infectious smile that can light up a room.
This St. Louis native began her career at Budweiser as a brewery tour guide, thoughtfully allowing for extra tour time in the tasting room. From there, she cut her teeth as a member of an elite special events team for Anheuser-Busch—which loosely translates to being sent to every sporting event across the US (with an unlimited credit card) to meet with vendors and report back to AB. She excelled at it. Switching to advertising, Katie went to work for Cannonball on the AB/Bud Light account and after 7 years moved to RPA, working on the sports sponsorship account for Farmer’s Insurance. These days she focuses her sales and advertising background on promoting both TPSC’s commercial and film divisions in industry publications and across varied social media platforms.
In her free time you’ll probably find Katie at the dog park or making soup and entertaining with Nate.
Fun facts about Katie: She’s an only child. She was a swim coach in college. And she’s always cold….even in LA.
Lisa Andoh is the complete package: beauty, brains, a sense of humor, and lots of fun to be around. Raised in London, Lisa began her career as an Elite model and actress while attending the London Business School and earning a degree in finance. After her son was born, she made the leap from the world of modeling/acting to accounting, where she cut her financial teeth working for none other than Sir Richard Branson. She loves figuring out structural patterns and how numbers always provide a definitive answer.
Lisa is very linear in her thinking but incredibly creative at the same time. (She is usually ten steps ahead of the rest of us.) Drawing on her experience culled from working in music and film—and as a mother and grandmother—she works well amidst crazy and still manages to maintain some level of even-keel. Asked to describe herself in three words, she responded: Depends Which Day. She watches at least five documentaries a week and is fascinated by what makes people tick—the good, the bad, and the ugly. A strong advocate for children, Lisa volunteers for LAWorks and Big Brother, Big Sister. Fun fact: She is a Dancing Queen! Throw on any kind of music and she will dance to it!
Kimmy Stavropoulos, another intern who’s moved on up, is indispensable to everyone at TPSC. She is our first line of defense and graced with the most cheerful phone voice. With a B.A. in Entertainment Business, Kimmy is a whiz at utilizing social media platforms and figuring out anything technical. If you want to get on her good side, bring her anything in the color teal or a nice hot pepper. She keeps a Costco-size bottle of Sriracha in the refrigerator but it’s definitely not spicy enough for her.
Kimmy is a SoCal native, travel enthusiast, and music junkie and (did we mention?) loves anything teal. She even has a teal vacuum. Yep, they make ‘em. A supporter of the ASPCA, Dogs Without Borders, and St. Jude’s, Kimmy left behind 8 years of flipping burgers at In-N-Out to put her smarts to use in Hollywood. Lucky us.
