As Sophie Turner has become synonymous with Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones, character fans have loved seeing develop over the course of six seasons. Last year we saw her transform into a fully fledged badass woman of the North.

If you loved her in Game of Thrones or X-Men: Apocalypse you’ll be dying to know the next Sophie Turner films where you can watch her in action. Our favorite talented ginge is steadily building up her movie portfolio and this year we have a number of new & upcoming Sophie Turner films to look forward to. So to help keep you on top of this rising star‘s anticipated new movie releases and what she’s up to in 2017, we’ve made a handy list of the latest Sophie Turner flicks. Check ’em out!

  • Release date: TBA
  • Director: Eric England
  • Cast: Dylan McDermott, Jack Kilmer, Sophie Turner

The movie sees Turner play a troubled teen who develops a relationship with a strange loner who is living a very dull life in the sleepy town of Sebring in Florida. The film is being directed by Eric England, known for such creepy movies as Contracted and Madison County, so that’s a definite bonus. We’re excited to see what Sophie brings to the movie, which is based on the 2014 Black List script by Anthony Ragnone.

2. Berlin, I Love You

  • Release date: TBA
  • Director: Patrick Dempsey, Fernando Eimbcke, Dennis Gansel etc.
  • Cast: Jared Leto, Gemma Arterton, Renée Zellweger, Sophie Turner

Turner is set to feature in this tale of numerous love stories set in the German capital. So far, only Jack Huston of Boardwalk Empire fame is listed to work alongside Sophie. There are Hollywood rumors of Jared Leto taking a role too, which we’re totally behind. It’s more of an art-house film than a blockbuster, with no less than nine directors listed to be working on this project. Berlin is one hell of a cool city, let’s hope the movie is just as awesome.

3. Time Freak

  • Release date: TBA
  • Director: Andrew Bowler
  • Cast: Asa Butterfield, Skyler Gisondo, Sophie Turner

Production is already underway on this romantic comedy starring hollywood’s favorite up-and-coming young things, Asa Butterfield and Sophie Turner. Time Freak will see Turner breaking Butterfield’s poor lil’ heart, and inspiring his character- a physics student- to build a time machine so he can go back and fix every mistake he ever made in the relationship. It’s a fun idea, and one which will no doubt inspire dumpees worldwide to study physics so they can keep a girl like Sophie Turner.

4. X-Men: Dark Phoenix

  • Release Date: TBA
  • Director: Simon Kinberg
  • Cast: Sophie Turner

The next “core” movie in the X-Men Franchise, Dark Phoenix will see our favourite red-head mutant taking the lead role in a movie that will follow on from previous events in First Class, Apocalypse, and Days of Future Past. Elements of the storyline in which Jean Gray is consumed by the Phoenix Force and driven to madness in the 2006film X-Men: The Last Stand will be explored again, though in a very different way. Having seen Sophie’s Sansa going from weakness to strength in Game of Thrones, it’s not hard to imagine her struggling with Jean’s good to evil, and we’re excited to see how our Queen in the North shines in this hefty role.
